Yours server answer is very log so try to change lenght of readed line in lib/cyradm.php in function getline() from 256 to 512.

Diff in attachment. If it helps let us know.

Please send as answer from your Cyrus-Imap server (2.3.6) for login in command.

Exec 'telnet localhost 143'
and put line like this: . login username password
and send us the result.

If think it can be related with cyrus-imapd version (2.3.x).

Problem:
First attempt to get quota for user returns bad values. Returned array contains values "logged","in". In this case first record in output of browseaccount.php show quota usage 0 KB out of 0KB (0%). Other accounts in browseaccount showing quota without problems.
Input field contains word "in" instead of quota size when I trying to change quota for user.

Resolution:
I just quickly patch file lib/cyradmin.php by duplicating line 187:
$output = $this->command(". getquota \"" . $mb_name . "\"");
$output = $this->command(". getquota \"" . $mb_name . "\"");
Second quota query is working fine so I think that first getquota attempt now returns only words "logged in".

Note:
This is not clean resolution but it may suggest how to solve the problem. I think that cyrus imap server now communicate slightly different with web-cyradm.
