OK nice shot for this.

This bug is linked with the bug #18051.
The encoding is simply wrong.
Moreover with the CMake shift we
forget to re-enable the famous: TSP_NO_XDR_ENCODE
so that we always use XDR lib...

xdr_long work on 32 bits only. xdr_hyper should be used
