Hallo, I get this, when I try to compile latest cvs version:

pgm.h:124: error: conflicting types for 'gettimeofday'
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-mingw32/3.4.4/../../../../i686-pc-mingw32/include/sys/time.h:40: error: previous declaration of 'gettimeofday' was here

/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-mingw32/3.4.4/../../../../i686-pc-mingw32/include/sys/time.h:40: error: previous declaration of 'gettimeofday' was here
make[2]: *** [avrdude-avr.o] Error 1

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/uscholz/avrdude/avrdude-cvs/avrdude'
make: *** [all] Error 2

When I comment out this line, it compiles, without errors.
