I know this should have probably gone to tasks, but here it is in bugs anyway. So shoot me :)

Teachers have been complaining that the 'censor' word is too frightening and causes a lot of uproar.

Furtheremore, when censoring teachers always end up explaining the reasons afterwards.

So, suppose two social usability fixes for censoring.

1) reword 'censor' to 'removed' (in Finnish 'poistettu')

2) Add a explanation field to the censor confirmation page that gives the censor the possibility to add a message to the note which has been censored, explaining why the censoring (I mean 'removal') was done.

that's all.
