I'm using xml-rpc.el as standalone to talk with Trac's XML-RPC
methods.
While I'm using it with Japanese characters,
It does not works correctly.
I guess xml-rpc.el should treat elements as multibyte
string and encode to UTF-8 on creating XML data.
And also decode when received.
I made a patch for this issue.
The patch is attached.
As result, we can pass and receive multibyte string
as method parameters.
