This feature is too specific and would be useless for a majority of users.

I think it would be useful for people to run a script until the mail is read at an interval set in the prefs. Right now I am using a hacked up cron job with scripts to achieve this but it would be great to get this built in. It shouldn't be hard to implement and I would wager others have the same need as me.
