I'm getting this from both Monotone 0.30 and 0.31 when checking out the OpenEmbedded repository:

$ mtn --db=OE.mtn co -b org.openembedded.dev
mtn: fatal: Botan::Stream_IO_Error: Botan: I/O error: DataSink_Stream: Failure writing to std::ostream
mtn: this is almost certainly a bug in monotone.
mtn: please send this error message, the output of 'mtn --full-version',
mtn: and a description of what you were doing to monotone-devel@nongnu.org.
mtn: wrote debugging log to /home/bero/.monotone/dump
mtn: if reporting a bug, please include this file

I'm using gcc 4.2 (tried normal flags and -O0, same effect on both), lua 5.1 (also tried using the internal lua) and sqlite 3.3.8 (also tried using the internal sqlite).
