this is because when you give the command to build/upgrade the order sends out the default number of builders for the build/upgrade and the default number of workers once the build/upgrade is complete. No worker information is transmitted when the cancel order is given. This can be easily fixed but I will not be able to get to it for a few months. If someone else wants to work on it here's whats needed. First of all, all the buildings will require a new variable that stores the old number, the gameGUI will need to be updated so that when a build/upgrade command command is done the old worker variable will need to be stored within building.cpp. Then the cancel orders will need to be upgraded to transmit this variable when the cancel order is given.

if my unit count for inn1 is 3 and for inn2c it is 5 pressing u twice on an inn results in 5 workers for that l1-inn
