I've fixed part two of this bug. Units with higher walkspeed are now prioritized.

Part one is more difficult and needs more information in order to narrow it down and zap it.

This is opposite the intended behaviour.

First, as soon as a glob is completely free, it should head to a building to upgrade. This means that either the unit is being hired (maybe only for a second), or the units are going to some other building.

Secondly, buildings choose higher level units first. I don't think it decides based on walking speed as of yet, but this can be easily improved as I intend to implement a predicate/std::sort based method of choosing units instead of the traditional method. If you build a school, and the fast units train at the school (which is what happens in almost all cases), then they will be prioritized, in the current system.

in a game i just played against 7 numbies on playground my racetrack didn't get used at all when it was finished.
ok maybe it makes sense as i had 10 more jobs than workers at the time. but i had to wait to have 9 free workers until the first glob used the race track. after that the fast globs ran around doing no job while the slow ones stuck to their jobs with the track working at 50% again.
