Thanks. I'm closing the bug.

The joining of action tracks is not a big problem. It is unlikely to happen, and it should mean nothing but appearance to the user.

I just installed a change that avoids causing the section
header to appear empty.

This does not change the way the action track is joined with
the rest of the tracks. I'm not sure whether that is a bug;
if it is, I'm afraid figuring out how to fix it is non-trivial.

When Bongo joins tracks, an action track will be joined together with other surrounding objects. In some cases, this leads to empty section headers being inserted.

To reproduce:

* Insert an action track, `i a'.
* Insert a collection of files that should be joined,
e.g., with `i f /dir/file* RET' or `i d /dir/ RET'.

=> The action track is joined with the other tracks.
=> An empty section header is inserted.
