Ok right.
In fact this is not the spec file that should be blamed
but the
tsp/external/gtk-1.2/CMakeLists.txt
a TSP_LIBRARY_INSTALL(gtk_1.2_utils)
was missing.

I've just committed in the change.

Bug shown on Fedora Core Distribution

The tsp Makefile generates the library libgtk_1.2_utils.so but this library is not packages in the RPM during the rpmbuild operation.

Then, when we try to install the package, rpm tells that there is a dependency problem because this library is not included in the package and because this library is not available in an other package included in the base distribution.
