The bug is present in release 0.7.3.
Steps to reproduce the bug
--------------------------
With a fresh installation, choose "5: Setup", then "5: Default Settings", then "6: Return to Main Menu". This will save the default Koch method parameters to the configuration file: 15 groups of symbols with 2 symbols per group.
Now run through a Koch method training lesson with "2: Koch method". After typing in the copied symbols, you will get feedback which contains a section labelled "Comparison between keyed and copied sign groups" in which the bug can be observed.

Since the comparison cells would take 15 * (1+2+1+2) = 90 character columns, which is larger than the hardcoded terminal width of 80 character columns, the cells should be displayed on several rows.
- The first row of cells contains 13 cells, the remaining 2 are in the second row.
- The counter starts at 1 and increases without repetitions or gaps until 15.
- In each group the second line contains the symbols keyed in that group and the third line the symbols copied for that group.
