This bug is present in release 0.7.3.

To reproduce this bug, choose "Koch method" in the main menu and then type Ctrl+D (on Linux at least, that's end-of-file).

The expected behaviour is that the entire input for that exercise is considered missed. This would actually be a nice feature, as it would be a simple way to tell Aldo that the rest of the input was missed (as it happens when the user "loses the thread").

The observed behaviour is that Aldo, in addition to considering the rest of the input missed, also starts considering that there was no input to the administrative question "Do you want to continue with the Koch method?". In that case, it assumes the default choice, to do another Koch method exercise, to which all input will again be considered missed and so on.

Proposed solution: the standard input stream should be reset after each exercise, to ensure that Aldo will wait for real user input to the administrative question.
