Before the mouse cursor was reset to the old position in the jog function, however it appeared there were problems on windows.
Reverted to old behavior, but please test on windows to see if it still works as expected there!

When dragging a Pan or Gain slider in a TrackHeaderView, the mouse is hidden and a cursor drawn in the scene.

This means that while dragging these sliders, the mouse can hit the screen edge, and not let you drag the slider all the way to the edge.

Maybe this could be hacked/fixed by adjusting the value more per pixel moved, so that the mouse doesn't need to be dragged past the edge of the scroll bar...
