Added the ability to export to 8bit, 8k, 11.025k.

Projects don't have a samplerate in the sense that you can 'set' it, the Projects samplerate is the rate at which the audiodevice was configured during creation.

So, if hardware supports these samplerates, its fine with me. (And is there realy hardware that support 192 KHz ? Even if there is, it's not making sense)

We should support more standard samplerates: 8000, and 11025. Maybe also 192000? (Does anyone actually use that one?)

(I know the first 2 aren't high quality, but sometimes they're needed. Like when producing audio to be played over the phone through an IVR. The standard for that is 8000.)
