Sorry, but the ATmega128 simply does not feature 16-bit
UBRR registers at all. The high and low portions of its
UBRRs are scattered around in the address space.

Unlike other devices, the iom128.h file does not appear to define a single 16-bit register for the baudrate 0/1, only the low/high 8-bit registers.
