Today, the first link on http://www.google.com/search?q=png%2B%2B points directly to the documentation.

I believe that the documentation for png++ is easily accessible. Even if you could not see the link on the main page, a quick search for "png++ docs" or "png++ documentation" will deliver you the right link.
