After one night, I remembered I files a bug report against libgnome about that:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=437827

And in the end, I'll add a test (in gchemutils) to call yelp instead of nautilus if the key contains "nautilus". Certainly a kludge, but at least a bit better than the current situation.

Known issue. GChemPaint uses the key /desktop/applications/help_viewer/exec to get the name of the current help viewer. For an obscure reason, the default is nautilus instead of yelp. And nautilus only opens folders from the command line. Change the value of the key, using the configuration editor, and things should work.

Gchempaint 0.8.2

Cannot open the help file. I get the following error message.
-I could not open the gchempaint.xml file in Firefox either.

Couldn't display "/usr/local/share/gnome/help/gchempaint/C/gchempaint.xml".
The location is not a folder.
