After discussion about problem with Claudio, problem was TERM variable, which was set before attaching the opened session.
So it's not problem with WeeChat.

As discusses on #WeeChat@Freenode this is not necessarly a bug but rather a memory notes for developers which will check if something is wrong on WeeChat.

This is what happened to me:

Creating a new WeeChat session with dtach and attaching it in console the text in all windows blinks. I'm not able to reproduce the problem with GNU screen.

To be complete:

If i create the session directly in console with dtach the problem never occurs, also deataching/reattaching it several times from X11 and console. Finally, i haven't found any way to reproduce the error with irssi.

In conclusion i think it may be a WeeChat bug, although it maybe related to something else.
