Add a New Comment (Rich Markup)
I had this: ctrl-^ = "jump_previous_buffer" when I entered after that a simple ^ (well, that's actually <shift-6>) ctrl-^ got executed. also on a: Meta-k -> a normal ^ <shift-6> also brought: ctrl-^ Seems to me like a little bug, since on the code there's quite some handling with the ^ it seems.
