I did forget to update
the certi/Makefile.am extra_DIST part
such that the certi-3.2.5.tar.gz tarball miss
somes files.

You may compile CERTI but
make install will fail.

This is fixed in CVS.
There is an updated beta tarball fixing this too:
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/certi/beta/certi-3.2.6cvs.tar.gz

We may need to release certi-3.2.6 soon and remove
certi-3.2.5 because it may be unusable for most of us.
