Nice catch.
This one is fixed in CVS.

There are others spurious exit calls to remove.
I will scan the CERTI code for those and
throw them away too.

I keep the bug In progress until I manage to remove
all the unwanted exit calls.
(some may remain in rtia or rtig main).

In libRTI/RTIambassador.cc there is a call to exit() if the CreateProcess fails when attempting to start rtia.exe when compiled for win32. This causes my application to exhibit unusual behavior that is hard to trace. The RTI should never exit. It should throw an RTIInternalError message.

Here's the line I used to replace the call to exit:
throw RTIinternalError( "CreateProcess Error: Cannot connect to RTIA.exe" ) ;
