I believe that this has been fixed; at least the Debian build powerpc buildd has done successful builds (which include running the tests) for some time now.

http://wingolog.org/bzr/g-wrap adds a failing test case on ppc32. The values that the double-echo function returns are pretty random. I believe that the rvalue after calling scm_without_guile() is fine, but that `rvalue = GW_RVALUE_PTR (rvalue, fi->ret_type);' fucks the pointer somehow. My ignorant twiddlings of GW_RVALUE_PTR could not make the tests pass. Help! :)
