maybe in a later release we can come up with some neato complex system, but for all intents and purposes this way is fine for now.

well, it does work now the way you set it up. Out of all the ways to do it I do think that that is the best way. something that should be setup at a different time is to be unable to chose a color that is completely dead either by elimination or no player in the first place.

I'm setting it up so that players are automatically re-aligned if they have the same player name. If new players join, the host has to sort it out (for now).

I'm not sure how the correct semantics of this feature would work. I can easily do it for the perfect scenario, restart from a network auto-save by all the players.

But what happens if a person not part of the previous game joins? And they can join at any time, what color does it give the player?

If its high priority, I believe one solution would to have an option when creating a game to "Reload old network games" or something, which locks the game out to any people who weren't in the previous save-game, and automatically re-aligns them to their respective teams.

basically what the summary says, if we restart the game we don't show as the same colors when we first started unless we join in the correct order
