FindCERTI.cmake is using CETI_HOME env var
as prefix if the variable is defined.

The CMake script does not handle "windows style" path
properly.

We should have

FILE(TO_CMAKE_PATH "C:\The Win\Style path" CERTI_PATH)
or
FILE(TO_CMAKE_PATH $ENV(CERTI_HOME) CERTI_PATH)
before using it.
