compiling with g++ 3.1 give the following errors:
g++ -c -O2 -Wall -Wno-unused -DKC_DEPRECATED -o linux/k.o k.cpp
k.cpp:231: syntax error before `;' token
k.cpp: In member function `void
kc::kc_hashtable_level::clear()':
k.cpp:182: `_casestring' undeclared (first use this function)
