In the kc++ manual 6.2.6 it is stated
"For every one of the preceding statements it is possible to specify not only one but multiple variables or patterns
which have to be separated by commas."

This is not true: in foreach the seperator is a &.
Consequently, the example 6.7 does not work. Also,
afterforeach is wrong. For an example see function
lt_patternrepresentation in pat.k
