It often happens that my test programs crash before all
FT_TRACE messages have been output due to it using buffered
output, making the debug messages often useless.

I think the correct way to fix this is to make FT_Message use
stderr instead of stdout. It is a simple matter of replacing
vprintf with vfprintf(stderr, ...) in src/base/ftdebug.c. No
library should use stdout for its messages in general.

Other, less intrusive ways to fix this would be to call
fflush(stdout) at the end of FT_Message, or at the end of
FT_TRACE.
