For the program

foo: Foo(integer)
| Bar(foo foo)
;

Bar(x=Foo(a), x) provided (a->value>4)
-> < : x >;

int main()
{}

kc++ from today's CVS emits code that gives the g++ error message

rk.cc: In method `class kc::impl_foo * kc::impl_foo_Bar::rewrite(kc::rview_class &)':
rk.cc:48: `a' undeclared (first use this function)
rk.cc:48: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
rk.cc:48: for each function it appears in.)
