kc++ should allow a null pointer to be used as a subphylum. Conceptually, this should be treated as an additional operator for all phyla, which is uniq.

In particular, the following aspects should be considered:
- unparsing with the default action should skip null pointers
- matching an operator with a null pointer should cause the match to fail
- saving a tree containing null pointers with csgio, and restoring it, should restore the null pointers

Optionally, it should be possible to match a null pointer in a pattern. I propose the operator name "null" here: "0" is not usable, since, for an integer phylum, this already represents integer 0.
