Rearranged the generated API to correct. I believe this will fix all the problems we have had with the ODBCSocketServer lately.

Also, something else I just realized. Since PHP doesn't have destructors, NONE of these connections are ever closed. This is a serious usability problem!

The currented generated code creates a connection in every object constructor. This is fine for a couple objects but when you are doing a large <GET ...> query, a connection is created for each object EVEN THOUGH we fetch all of the data for the objects in a single SQL query. In this case, the created connection is rarely used.

While for most backends (mysql) this isn't a problem, some of the slower remote ones have problems, like: odbcsock and odbcx; or the ones that have connection limits, like: odbc.

We need to implement a connect on demand model in the generated code.
