Fixed in CVS.
It is very strange how different versions of gcc
generates differents levels of warning/error.
I did fix all warning/errors that was signaled
by gcc 3.4.1 on debian sid...

I had to add the following #includes to compile CERTI at Fedora 9:

(1) RTIA/RTIA.cc
#include <limits.h>

due to MAX_LONG

(2) libCERTI/TSCClock.cc
#include <stdlib.h>
#include <string.h>

due to strstr and atof
