Hi Zheng,

Again for this one, would you be able to re-test
with the current CVS version?

hi,

i guess this bug is related to #24627. i wrote a federate that killed rtia due to an auto_ptr mistreatement unexpected directly after enabling time regulation.

that lead to access violation in rtig due to an error in emergency cleanup described in #24627. if i understand it correct the emergency cleanup is called everytime a client breaks connection unexpected -- and the currently not working deletion of the federate object in rtig causes the crash.

On linux the crash is still there but not always :=)
I may make the billard if I launch

1) rtig in one terminal
2) billard -n 1 -fTest -FTest.fed -t 10
3) enter for launching billard
4) then hit Ctrl-C in the billard window while it is running

or more surely
1) rtig in one terminal
2) billard -n 1 -fTest -FTest.fed -t 10
3) pkill rtia in another window

then the RTIG segfault :=(
I'll try to investigate this a little more.

Correction made on cvs version.
Needs confirmation (it seems billard and create_destroy tests seems OK

1) launch RTIG
2) launch a single billard
billard.exe -n test1 -ftest -Ftest.fed
3)the third step is shown in attached file.

I'm not sure of the scenario could you precise?

1) launch RTIG
2) launch a single billard
(could you precise the command line used)
3) wait until billard terminates?
3bis) ctrl-c billard for termination?
