Note that this was fixed for coldfire and unix and should be changed in other ports!!!!

This might be specific to what I am doing, but with my timer tick at 100usec, I can't time large enough timeouts. I need 32 bit timers and some of the macros specific to converting times to ticks for Coldfire need to use long long for calculations.
