On http://www.zonecheck.fr, we see quite often zc.cgi running for ever:

32121 www-data 20 0 66316 30m 1616 S 5 0.4 57:30.43 zc.cgi
23397 www-data 20 0 62256 27m 1592 S 3 0.3 42:36.11 zc.cgi

But they do not use a lot of CPU and stracing them seems to indicate they are blocked at a select():

% sudo strace -p 11298
