As a example:

Rizon.autoconnect = on
Rizon.command = "/msg nickserv identify password;/mode Pnevma +w"

When Weechat is first started and autoconnecting to Rizon, it will identify correctly if I do nothing.

If, WHILE autoconnecting to Rizon, I connect to another server via /connect server, Rizon will not identify with Nickserv correctly. The Rizon.command is not sent.

This seems to happen for every server, but it does not effect the server.password command (that Freenode also uses).
