map header was displayed if map-image was present even if map-header was set to off

I have found another dataset that behaves similarly.

Perhaps it is so because I have such statments as;

legend on
statistics explo all
map-header-bg on

included in layouts elsewhere that are causing Therion to turn the header back on, and or I am just misunderstanding the purpose of map-header x y off?

Here is an example of the problem dataset. Sorry it is so complex. Other datasets seem to be OK so far.
I am using 5.2.6. I have not checked back with 5.2.5 to see if it is the same.

Look at the top level files
LayoutMapBulmer_System.thc and
thconfig-Bulmer.thc

and ./Output/MapBulmerSystem_Plan.pdf

This problem came about after I implimented
./StdFiles/LayoutScales.thc and it seems to manifest with most if not all of the layouts contained therein.

Seems like it may be a silly user error I have made, but I can not find it. It definately behaves as originally posted
ie 'map-header 0 100 off' produces a map header!?!

I could not reproduce it. Can you submit some example data?

When producing pdf plans (but not elevations) the statments

map-header 0 100 off
map-header-bg on #or off

behave as if they were

map-header 0 100 nw
map-header-bg on #or off

ie the output produced responds to changes in the 0 100 co-ords and to changes in -bg on and -bg off, even when map-header is set to off!
