New-style IO Headerfiles (like iom328p.h) are missing the generic PinPort-definitions like PC0, PA3, and so on.

The attached portpin.h is an extended version of the original one, which additionally checks for generic PinPort-definitions instead of the long ones (which are provided anyway by the new IO Headers) only.
