Ah yes. As I've mentioned in the homepage I think, the manual is kinda outdated. Still worth a read though. You can now play with the mouse alone. Left mouse button on the cue ball enters aim mode, on any other ball it selects that ball as the cue ball. Right mouse drag on any ball moves it around. Left mouse drag on the cue butt strokes the cue and left mouse drag on the tip adjusts english. Right click and drag on the butt to set elevation. Thats about it. You can use the q key on the keyboard to quit if you're too lazy to click on the close button it the window's titlebar but that's about the only thing you can do with the keyboard.

I'm a little worried about that jittery movement issue though. You can open another bug report for it if you want. I'll close this one.

Aye that solved that problem with enter keyeven flooding.
Now I get debugmessages like:
('space' pressed)
('space' released)
('return' pressed)
('return' released)

that I did not get before.

However mousecontroll now seams less smoth, kinda jittery.
But can live with that.

However I can still not make the shoot.
Pressing middlemouse btn. (scrollwheel for me) dose absolutly nothing.
Space still dose not change between view mode and shoot mode, I need to click the whiteball to do that.
middle mouse btn dont do anything in any mode.

Anyhow to make it clear what this post was originaly about is now solved with 0.2.2 :)

Please download and try version 0.2.2 which I've uploaded today and should be available in a few hours or so (when the various mirrors pick it up). Let me know how it works.

I have successfully compiled and installed Billiards 0.2.1
But when I run the game I find that the keyboard dose not seam to work in the game. only the mouse.
I also find if I go to a terminal or any other application it is beeing flooded constantly with the returns (Enter key)
This happens everywhere in menues and all cripling the system to the point of only option is to use resetbutton on the computer.

Im running Ubuntu 9.04 64bit
I also have a Logitech G15 gaming Keyboard with the G15Deamon running (but NOT anything else like G15Macro).
I have never encountered this problem ever before so i can only conclude it's only cause is Billiards 0.2.1
