Either thumbnails should be stored in $XDG_CACHE_HOME/solang/thumbnails/ if you follow the XDG Base Directory Specification

Or thumbnails should be stored in ~/.thumbnails/ if you follow the Thumbnail Managing Standard http://jens.triq.net/thumbnail-spec/
