This appears to work just fine.

I changed the code so that it no longer tracks the knob after the initial move. What we still don't do is keep on moving in the same direction until the mouse goes up.

I have to change this report!  I played a little more with it and now I have a better idea of what's going on.  GNUstep is trying to mimic the Windows scrollbar behavior by only doing a "page down" whenever you click on a blank are of the scrollbar, which is cool.  If I hold the mouse click, however, it won't keep "paging down", instead, it'll adapter the default GNUstep behavior of controlling the scrollbar.

Sorry for the confusion before!

There seems to be a calculation error somewhere.  When I have NSWindows95InterfaceStyle set and want to go to, let say, the top and click in that general area the scrollbar doesn't actually jump there.  The closest to the middle of the scroll area the more accuracy... towards the edges it's way off.

To reproduce just set NSWindows95InterfaceStyle and click away.
