Yeah... I've thought about it and you're right. It's silly because the neutral city isn't a threat, and it doesn't raise the fun factor at all.

I'll close this bug because I like the existing lordsawar behaviour better.

It seems rather silly to me, although I suppose it doesn't hurt to replicate it - no one's forcing you to play on. :P

Yeah, why not. :-) If the purpose of the game is to take all of the inhabitable cities on the map then lordsawar is doing it wrong.

it turns out that in W2DELUXE, if you win by killing off all enemy players, but have a whole lot of neutral cities leftover, the game keeps on going! So much for my quick test of what would happen.
