Yep - same bug. My brain must have been out to lunch when I browsed through the bugs earlier... not sure how I missed it. Apologies...

bkchem 0.13.0 immediately segfaults with
- Chemistry -> Read SMILES
- Chemistry -> Read InchI

For what it's worth (gdb with the core dump):

Core was generated by `python bkchem.py'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.
#0 0xb791a230 in ?? ()

This occurs consistently (i.e., is reproducible).
It also occurs with 0.12.0.
