bug #28353: Corrupt downloads if temp directory is changed when a file is being downloaded.

I was expecting the premature downloads in the temp directory to be moved automatically to it's new location the instance the default temp directory is changed...or possibly after a restart.

I tried manually moving the files, but the final download was corrupt in that case also.

I guess the correct behaviour would be to restart download if the temp file is not found. You yourself are responsible for moving files if you want mlnet to keep using them.

If the temp directory is made to change if the downloads are paused/running (i.e not complete), then after the downloads do get completed the resultant file is corrupt.

Overall mldonkey makes a mess of things...it does not clear the old temp directory and starts downloading partially in the new temp directory.
