In INSTALL :
"For the impatient: ruby ./installer.rb all
should generally work, but it is still a good idea to check
before that sensible values are correctly defined by calling:
ruby ./installer.rb"

Documentation is not clear about the command :
ruby installer.rb
If 'all' or another argument is not typed what behaviour should we expect.
