looks like texinfo (which builds install-info for backports) will be built "soon". bumping priority since this is more then just annoying, and i want it to stand out when its fixed.

m4 is a few places back (3 behind texinfo) on mipsel.

the m4 packages in backports are all uninstallable. I've emailed the backports list about this and we'll see what happens. the list archive is here:

While doing a little digging into #28493 (Gnash fails due to missing libraries) I came across this bug which may be relevant - libtool conflicts and missing depends: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=523577

Autoconf is pulled in from lenny-backports because it's needed by binutils [1], but it's missing some dependencies.

I added m4 and install-info (both Depends) to 02_bpo-sync. There are some other dependencies, but they're either Recommends or Suggests. m4 is not in backports for mipsel, so this is only a solution for x86
