Implement new buffer concept. With FTDI245 based boards
it can now log full length and acked frames, that have
a interval of 16us. (psk2xx and stb2xx). If a uart
based board is used, if the serial data is too slow,
the sniffer still looses frames, but does not confuse
the pipeline to wireshark, so it looses complete frames.

The issue is, that ACK frames get lost if one node sends very quickly frames, that will be acked. The following programm
trigger the error. The other node needs to be flashed with xmpl_trx_rxaack.
