This is normal behaviour.

An option "-open" will be added to command /connect, to connect to all servers not connected with a buffer opened.

/disconnect -all disconnects from every server.
/connect -all connects to every known server.
/reconnect -all should reconnect to every server (and channel) that currently has a buffer open. It fails to do anything for me as of release 0.3.1.1.
