Gotten a few complaints from people that were mystified when accept/reject rules wouldn't apply to the file given to --input-file. It's understandable that it doesn't apply to newline-separated lists, but when --force-html is in play, it is a bit counter-intuitive, and there often isn't an easy workaround for people who can't script their way to a solution.
