Fixed, thanks for reporting! That "bug" was "introduced" deliberately by Frederic to gain speed as he knew in his code that "to" was always != NULL, but as more and more people seem to use the CORE_LOCKING code, this check is no necessary.

lwip_sendto() do not check the parameter, so if const struct sockaddr *to == NULL. the system will crash!
